By accessing or using CargoGauge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
CargoGauge provides logistics management software including real-time GPS tracking, ETA calculations, and fleet management tools.
3. User Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Ensure drivers have consented to location tracking
- Provide accurate information
4. Data Usage
You retain ownership of your data. We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted after the retention period specified in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
CargoGauge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.
