Know where every load is, and when it lands.
CargoGauge gives European hauliers live GPS tracking, arrival times that respect EU driving rules and ferry timetables, and a driver app in 23 languages, all in one platform, hosted in the EU.
The operator dashboard from our product film, running here as real code. Routes, drivers and figures are examples, not live customer data.

An ETA that knows it is a truck
Car navigation assumes a driver who never stops, never queues for a ferry and never meets a weight limit. Ours starts from the constraints that actually decide when a vehicle arrives.
-
Driving-time rules in the arithmetic
Mandatory breaks and daily limits shape the arrival time instead of being something the planner remembers separately.
-
Ferries are part of the route
Crossings and their timetables are modelled, because in Scandinavia a missed sailing is the delay.
-
Vehicle restrictions respected
Weight and dimension limits keep a 40-tonne combination off roads it legally cannot use.
The live map from our product film, running here as real code. The vehicles are moving on invented routes, not live customer data.
The part your drivers have to agree to use
A tracking tool only works if the driver opens it. So the app is deliberately small: the day’s stops, one tap each, in the driver’s own language.
-
23 European languages
Drivers work in their own language. The app picks it up from the phone.
-
It asks, they confirm
The app notices when a driver reaches or leaves a stop and prompts them, so the office sees progress without phoning.
-
Survives dead spots
A confirmation made with no signal is held on the phone and sent when the connection returns.
Everything a linehaul operation runs on
Dispatch, tracking, subcontractors and the record of what actually happened, all in one place, so the day is not reconstructed from phone calls afterwards.
Routes and schedules
Build a route once, put it on a schedule, and adjust a single day’s trip without touching the template. Stops carry their own time windows.
Live map and history
Every vehicle on an active trip reports its position in real time. The trail stays, so you can see where a trip went, not just where it is.
Subcontractors
Hauliers who drive for you get their own portal for their vehicles and drivers, with licence and document expiry tracked and flagged before it bites.
Terminals and gates
Gate planning for ferry and yard operations, so arrivals are sequenced instead of queued.
Performance analytics
On-time rate against your own stop windows, average stop delay, and how long vehicles really spent loading and offloading.
GDPR tooling
Data export and deletion built in, with application data stored on EU infrastructure in Germany.
We’re onboarding our first operators
There are no customer logos or testimonials on this page, because CargoGauge is new and we are not going to invent them. Here is what joining now actually means.
A direct line, not a ticket queue
You talk to the people building the platform. Questions get answered by someone who knows the code, and fixes ship in days rather than quarters.
Your operation shapes the roadmap
Tell us what your dispatchers and drivers actually need and it goes near the top of the list, ahead of whatever we had planned.
Agreed, not published
We have not set price plans yet. Early terms reflect that you are backing something unfinished.
What works today, and what doesn’t
You would get this list in a conversation anyway, so here it is up front. If something you depend on is on the right, say so and we will be straight about the timeline.
Running today
Live- Live fleet map with trip trails and position history
- Routes, recurring schedules and per-trip stop editing
- Truck-aware arrival times with driving rules, restrictions and ferries
- Android driver app in 23 languages with push notifications
- Subcontractor portal with document expiry tracking
- Terminal and gate planning
- Trip analytics, GDPR export and deletion
Not there yet
In progress- iOS trip tracking. The app builds and runs, but GPS tracking is Android-only today.
- Dashboard translations. The driver app speaks 23 languages; the operator dashboard is English only.
- Self-service signup and billing. Accounts are set up with you by hand.
- A public API. TMS and ERP integrations are scoped with you, not switched on.
Three steps to get a fleet moving
It runs on the phones your drivers already carry, so there is no hardware to order and no installer to schedule.
-
Put the app on the phones
No telematics boxes and no installation appointments. The phone’s own GPS does the work.
-
Set up the operation
Routes, facilities, vehicles and team. Start fresh or bring existing route data. During early access we do the setup with you.
-
Watch a day run
Trips on the map, arrival times your customers can plan around, and a record of what actually happened once it is done.
Want to be one of the first?
Tell us about your fleet and we will show you the platform as it stands today, including the parts that are still being built.
- Early access, limited places
- Quoted per operation, not per tier
- Export and deletion on request
